Qué datos tratamos

  • El enlace del vídeo que pegas y el informe generado. Sin cuenta, el PDF se guarda en el servidor unas horas para que puedas descargarlo y después se borra automáticamente.
  • Un identificador anónimo de tu conexión (una huella cifrada de tu dirección IP, no la IP en sí) para limitar los análisis gratuitos diarios.
  • Preferencias (idioma, tema, tipo de informe) y la lista de tus últimos informes, guardadas solo en tu navegador.
  • Si creas una cuenta (es opcional): tu email, la contraseña (cifrada; nunca la vemos), el nombre que indiques y, si entras con Google, tu nombre y foto de perfil de Google.
  • Tu historial, si tienes cuenta: los informes que generas (PDF, título, canal y enlace del vídeo, y un resumen del resultado).

Para qué y con qué base legal

  • Prestarte el servicio (analizar el vídeo, generar y entregar el informe, mantener tu cuenta y tu historial): ejecución del contrato que aceptas al usar la web (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
  • Limitar los análisis gratuitos y evitar abusos: interés legítimo en mantener el servicio disponible para todos (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
  • Mostrar anuncios: los anuncios personalizados solo se muestran con tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD), que puedes retirar en cualquier momento desde el aviso de cookies.

No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para decisiones automatizadas que te afecten.

Tu cuenta y tu historial

Con la sesión iniciada, cada informe que generas se guarda en tu historial durante 90 días desde que se crea; después se borra automáticamente. Solo tú puedes verlo y descargarlo. Puedes borrar cualquier informe cuando quieras desde «Mis informes», y también eliminar tu cuenta: se borran al momento tu cuenta y todos tus informes guardados.

Tu clave API de Anthropic

Si analizas con tu propia clave, esta viaja cifrada (HTTPS) hasta nuestro servidor, se usa únicamente para pedir ese análisis a la API de Anthropic y se descarta al terminar. No se guarda en ninguna base de datos, archivo, registro, cookie ni en el almacenamiento de tu navegador. Puedes revocarla en cualquier momento en console.anthropic.com.

Proveedores y transferencias internacionales

Para prestar el servicio usamos estos proveedores, que tratan los datos por cuenta nuestra y solo para ese fin:

  • Render aloja el servidor de la web.
  • Supabase aloja las cuentas (inicio de sesión) y el historial de informes de quienes tienen cuenta.
  • Google Gemini genera los análisis gratuitos a partir de la transcripción del vídeo (no se le envían tus datos de cuenta).
  • Anthropic (Claude) genera los análisis que haces con tu propia clave API.
  • Google (inicio de sesión con Google), solo si eliges entrar así: Google nos comparte tu email, nombre y foto de perfil.
  • Google (AdSense y Ad Manager) muestra los anuncios y puede usar cookies, personalizadas o no según tu consentimiento. Más información en policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
  • Google Gemini también transcribe el vídeo leyéndolo directamente desde YouTube (solo se le envía el enlace del vídeo).
  • YouTube y Google Noticias proporcionan los datos del vídeo y las noticias con las que se verifican los análisis (solo se les envían el vídeo y las búsquedas, no tus datos).

Algunos de estos proveedores están en Estados Unidos. Las transferencias se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.

Cuánto tiempo guardamos los datos

  • Informes sin cuenta: unas horas.
  • Informes del historial: 90 días desde su creación, o hasta que los borres.
  • Datos de la cuenta: mientras la mantengas. Al eliminarla se borran al momento.
  • Contador de análisis gratuitos: se reinicia cada día.

Tus derechos

Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad. Muchos los puedes ejercer tú mismo: borrar informes, eliminar tu cuenta o descargar tus PDF desde «Mis informes». Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Cookies y almacenamiento del navegador

No usamos cookies propias de seguimiento. Guardamos en tu navegador tus preferencias y, si inicias sesión, la sesión, para que no tengas que volver a entrar (se borra al cerrar sesión); son técnicas y necesarias para que la web funcione. Los anuncios de Google sí pueden usar cookies; en el Espacio Económico Europeo te pedimos consentimiento mediante el aviso de cookies de Google antes de mostrar anuncios personalizados.

Menores

El servicio está dirigido a mayores de 18 años. No creamos cuentas a sabiendas a menores.

Cambios

Si cambiamos esta política de forma importante, lo avisaremos en la web. La fecha de arriba indica la última actualización.

Privacy policy

What data we process

  • The video link you paste and the generated report. Without an account, the PDF is kept on the server for a few hours so you can download it, then it is deleted automatically.
  • An anonymous identifier for your connection (an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, not the IP itself) to limit daily free analyses.
  • Preferences (language, theme, report type) and the list of your latest reports, stored only in your browser.
  • If you create an account (it is optional): your email, your password (hashed; we never see it), the name you enter and, if you sign in with Google, your Google name and profile picture.
  • Your history, if you have an account: the reports you generate (PDF, video title, channel and link, and a summary of the result).

Purposes and legal basis

  • Providing the service (analysing the video, generating and delivering the report, keeping your account and history): performance of the contract you accept by using the site (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Limiting free analyses and preventing abuse: legitimate interest in keeping the service available to everyone (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Showing ads: personalised ads are only shown with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie notice.

We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions that affect you.

Your account and your history

While signed in, every report you generate is kept in your history for 90 days after it is created; then it is deleted automatically. Only you can see and download it. You can delete any report at any time from “My reports”, and you can also delete your account: your account and all your saved reports are deleted immediately.

Your Anthropic API key

If you analyse with your own key, it travels encrypted (HTTPS) to our server, is used only to request that analysis from the Anthropic API and is discarded when it finishes. It is never stored in any database, file, log, cookie or your browser's storage. You can revoke it at any time at console.anthropic.com.

Providers and international transfers

To provide the service we use these providers, which process data on our behalf and only for that purpose:

  • Render hosts the web server.
  • Supabase hosts the accounts (sign-in) and the report history of account holders.
  • Google Gemini generates the free analyses from the video transcript (your account data is not sent to it).
  • Anthropic (Claude) generates the analyses you run with your own API key.
  • Google (Sign in with Google), only if you choose to sign in that way: Google shares your email, name and profile picture with us.
  • Google (AdSense and Ad Manager) serves the ads and may use cookies, personalised or not depending on your consent. More at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
  • Google Gemini also transcribes the video by reading it directly from YouTube (only the video link is sent to it).
  • YouTube and Google News provide the video's details and the news used to check the analyses (only the video and the search queries are sent, not your data).

Some of these providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Reports without an account: a few hours.
  • History reports: 90 days from creation, or until you delete them.
  • Account data: for as long as you keep the account. Deleting it removes it immediately.
  • Free analysis counter: reset every day.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability. You can exercise many of them yourself: delete reports, delete your account or download your PDFs from “My reports”. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use our own tracking cookies. We keep your preferences in your browser and, if you sign in, the session, so you do not have to sign in again (it is removed when you sign out); these are technical and necessary for the site to work. Google's ads may use cookies; in the European Economic Area we ask for your consent through Google's cookie notice before showing personalised ads.

Minors

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly create accounts for minors.

Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way, we will announce it on the site. The date above shows the last update.
