Términos de uso

1. Qué es InvestorResearch

InvestorResearch (en adelante, «el servicio») analiza vídeos de YouTube sobre bolsa, macroeconomía y geopolítica y genera un informe PDF que contrasta sus ideas con información pública reciente. Al usar el servicio aceptas estos términos.

2. No es asesoramiento financiero

Los informes los genera una inteligencia artificial y pueden contener errores, datos desactualizados u omisiones. Son solo informativos y no constituyen asesoramiento financiero ni una recomendación personalizada de inversión. Las «acciones propuestas» de los informes son ejemplos ilustrativos, no órdenes ni consejos adaptados a tu situación. Tú eres el único responsable de tus decisiones de inversión.

3. Uso del servicio

  • Puedes usarlo sin cuenta. Los análisis gratuitos tienen un límite diario y muestran un anuncio breve.
  • También puedes analizar con Claude usando tu propia clave API de Anthropic. El coste de esos análisis se cobra en tu cuenta de Anthropic y es responsabilidad tuya; no guardamos tu clave.
  • Debes ser mayor de 18 años.

4. Tu cuenta

  • La cuenta es opcional y gratuita. Sirve para guardar tu historial de informes durante 90 días.
  • Eres responsable de mantener tu contraseña en secreto y de la actividad de tu cuenta. Avísanos si sospechas un uso no autorizado.
  • Puedes eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde «Mis informes»; se borran al momento tu cuenta y tus informes.

5. Qué no está permitido

  • Saltarse los límites de uso (por ejemplo, con varias cuentas o conexiones) o automatizar peticiones masivas.
  • Intentar acceder a datos de otros usuarios, atacar, sobrecargar o hacer ingeniería inversa del servicio.
  • Usar el servicio para fines ilícitos o para difundir los informes como si fueran asesoramiento profesional.

Si se incumplen estas normas podemos limitar el acceso o cerrar la cuenta.

6. Los informes y el contenido de terceros

Puedes descargar, guardar y compartir tus informes para uso personal, citando que proceden de InvestorResearch. Los vídeos, transcripciones, noticias y datos citados pertenecen a sus autores y fuentes.

7. Disponibilidad y cambios

Intentamos que el servicio funcione siempre, pero puede interrumpirse, cambiar o dejar de estar disponible, y los proveedores externos (YouTube, Google, Anthropic) pueden limitarlo. Podemos modificar estos términos; si el cambio es importante lo avisaremos en la web.

8. Responsabilidad

El servicio se ofrece «tal cual». En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de pérdidas económicas derivadas de decisiones tomadas con los informes, ni de daños indirectos. Nada de lo anterior limita los derechos que te reconoce la normativa de consumidores.

9. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Si eres consumidor, serán competentes los juzgados de tu domicilio.

1. What InvestorResearch is

InvestorResearch (“the service”) analyses YouTube videos about stocks, macroeconomics and geopolitics and generates a PDF report that checks their ideas against recent public information. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. Not financial advice

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, outdated data or omissions. They are for information only and are not financial advice or a personalised investment recommendation. The “proposed actions” in the reports are illustrative examples, not orders or advice tailored to your situation. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Using the service

  • You can use it without an account. Free analyses have a daily limit and show a short ad.
  • You can also analyse with Claude using your own Anthropic API key. The cost of those analyses is billed to your Anthropic account and is your responsibility; we do not store your key.
  • You must be 18 or over.

4. Your account

  • The account is optional and free. It keeps your report history for 90 days.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • You can delete your account at any time from “My reports”; your account and reports are deleted immediately.

5. What is not allowed

  • Getting around the usage limits (for example, with several accounts or connections) or automating bulk requests.
  • Trying to access other users' data, attacking, overloading or reverse engineering the service.
  • Using the service for unlawful purposes or sharing the reports as if they were professional advice.

If these rules are broken we may limit access or close the account.

6. Reports and third-party content

You may download, keep and share your reports for personal use, stating that they come from InvestorResearch. The videos, transcripts, news and data cited belong to their authors and sources.

7. Availability and changes

We try to keep the service running, but it may be interrupted, change or stop being available, and external providers (YouTube, Google, Anthropic) may limit it. We may modify these terms; if the change is significant we will announce it on the site.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial losses arising from decisions made with the reports, or for indirect damages. Nothing above limits your rights under consumer protection law.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction.
